Though there are many ePub readers we can use on the mac, but here I strongly recommend you use iBooks app to read ePub books as it is definitely the best reading app on the mac. Method 2: Read Kindle Books on Mac with iBooks. How does the book get to my Kindle for Windows PC app or to my Kindle device? Is there a way to choose either? or both? Are there consequences for choosing one over the the other? Seems that Epubor is the way to go, and worth the cost if I can deDRM my books and back them up as stand alone books like the other digital books I have.Īnd, is there a way to tell if a Kindle book is DRMed? Can I grab it from the library of files and try to open it in another program like Sumatra PDF or even Calibre? Does that prove they are DRM free if they open? I like them both but would choose Kindle for PC if I had to pick one.
